Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Colorado to provide a mix of clinical supervision and telehealth sessions. The role requires LPC, MFT, or LCSW credentials and residency within Colorado, with potential fully remote supervision from any CO location.

The position includes supervision for resident clinicians, individual and group formats, case load responsibilities, and ongoing coaching within Thriveworks’ clinical community.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing and residing within the state in which supervision will be provided
• Independently licensed and living in Colorado — LPC, MFT, or LCSW
• Willing to supervise a minimum caseload and provide documentation oversight

Responsibilities

• Provision of supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Provision of weekly group supervision.
• Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours.
• Willing to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
• Coaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinician.
• Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
