Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide supervision and patient care across Florida. The role supports supervision of resident clinicians, maintains a clinical caseload, and uses telehealth/EHR tools to deliver care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed LCSW in Florida.
• Experience supervising clinicians preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth and digital charting.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours per week.
• Oversee clinical documentation and coaching notes.
• Coach on professional and clinical development of residents.
• Document supervision sessions weekly.
