Job summary

Thriveworks is actively hiring licensed clinicians to supervise resident clinicians across the country, with a focus on Colorado licensure (LPC, MFT, or LCSW) and a mix of telehealth and in-person work. The role includes group and individual supervision, along with maintaining a clinical caseload and documenting sessions.

Candidate requirements include active Colorado licensure in good standing, willingness to credential, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing and residing within the state where supervision will be provided.
• Meets state regulatory requirements for supervision, including maintaining license and certifications.
• Active credentialing with required Incident-to panels within the state where supervision is provided.
• Independently licensed and living in Colorado for CO supervision eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians weekly group supervision.
• Offer individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours per resident clinician.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
• Oversee documentation and coaching on professional and clinical development.
• Coordinate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
• Complete weekly supervision and coaching documentation.
