Michael Page is seeking a Commercial General Contractor Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Florida, including retail, municipal and mixed-use developments. The role emphasizes schedule, budget and stakeholder coordination with a strong GC background.

Candidate should have extensive experience in ground-up delivery, Procore proficiency, and a track record of managing large teams on multifaceted projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
• Minimum 10 years of total commercial construction industry experience.
• Strong General Contractor background.
• Experience delivering ground-up retail, supermarket, municipal, mixed-use and/or multifamily projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, administration and performance.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Support estimating and project planning activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve schedule, cost and construction-related challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, quality and schedule requirements.
• Utilize Procore and other construction management software to maintain accurate project records.
• Proactively manage change orders, contracts and associated project documentation.
