Connect Search LLC is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up storage construction in South Florida. You will oversee projects from preconstruction to turnover, coordinating with owners, design teams, and field staff to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in ground-up commercial construction, with a track record of delivering projects on time. Proficiency in Procore/MS Project/Bluebeam is preferred. Competitive salary with bonuses and full benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction docs, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through turnover
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and internal stakeholders
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials/subcontractors
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes
• Lead regular project meetings and ensure field-office alignment
• Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Superintendent for field execution and schedule adherence
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or overruns
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance
