Frank Gay Services in Orlando, FL is seeking an Entry-Level IT Technician to support multiple Florida locations with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. The role requires statewide travel and a flexible, customer-first mindset to sustain operations.

You'll provide on-site and remote support, install and maintain IT systems, and collaborate with a broader IT team. Prior IT support experience is preferred, with a drive for continuous learning.

Qualificações

• IT support or help desk experience required.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and networking basics.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with a broader IT team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support across Florida locations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
• Document issues, resolutions, and service activities in ticketing systems.
• Travel statewide across Florida to support acquisitions and new sites.
• Deliver professional, timely, customer-focused service to Apex standards.
• Assist with basic IT infrastructure maintenance initiatives.
