Job summary

Langan seeks a Regional Practice Lead – Florida to lead and grow environmental compliance and EHS services across Florida offices and nationally. The role supports the Florida leadership, expands the regional team, and partners with the national compliance group to deliver multi‑discipline environmental projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years in environmental field with PM experience in consulting.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g.: PE, CHMM, CSP, CIH).
• Knowledge of Federal and Florida environmental regs (state & county).
• Willingness to engage in business development and cross-sell services.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage environmental compliance projects from start to finish, including proposal development and financials.
• Manage preparation and submission of deliverables under various environmental programs (air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, SPCC, EPCRA).
• Develop permitting and regulatory strategy for industrial development projects.
• Act as senior technical resource/SME for EHS and compliance services.
• Lead and develop a team of environmental compliance staff locally and nationally.
• Manage project financials and team utilization.
