MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for Florida to present product lines to distributors and retailers. The role focuses on growing sales, building enduring relationships, and expanding market presence across the state in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be familiar with construction tools and building products, have outside sales experience, and possess strong communication and CRM skills to drive results and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside or territory sales required.
• Knowledge of construction industry and building products preferred.
• Ability to grow sales and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share throughout the assigned territory of Florida.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including distributors and retailers.
• Present and promote MARSHALLTOWN product lines to distributors and retailers.
• Build and merchandise store displays and product sets to increase product visibility and sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and capture additional market share in an evolving marketplace.
• Manage territory activities, customer relationships, and multiple priorities effectively.
