MARSHALLTOWN, a leading manufacturer of construction tools since 1890, is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for the State of Florida. The role is based in Florida with a focus on presenting product lines to distributors and retailers to grow market share.

You will develop long-term relationships, build merchandise displays, and identify opportunities to expand MARSHALLTOWN's presence while using CRM systems, MS Office, tablets, and mobile devices to track performance and report results.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales or territory sales experience required.
• Knowledge of construction tools and building products preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share across Florida territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Present and promote MARSHALLTOWN product lines to distributors and retailers.
• Build and merchandise displays to increase visibility and sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and share.
• Manage territory activities and sales reporting using CRM and MS Office.
