Job summary

Westlake Royal Roofing and Stone Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, Builder - Florida to cultivate, convert, and retain national and regional builder accounts for roofing and stone sales in the eastern US.

The role emphasizes developing strategic relationships with builders, architects, and the local supply chain, with 50% travel primarily within Florida. You will collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to meet sales budgets, optimize contracts, and upsell premium

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building products.
Ability to negotiate pricing with accounts in multiple markets.
Strong project management skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Provide external support to account managers to meet new customer and sales budget goals.
Manage key builder relationships in the Florida market and coordinate with divisional teams.
Act as liaison between production, technical services, credit, product management and sales to resolve issues.
Maintain and develop client relationships across the Westlake Building Products family.
Develop sales strategy to capture increased market share and upsell premium products.
