Rentvine, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, revenue accounting, and overall accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, reviewing staff work, and strengthening internal controls as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and audits, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, FP&A, and other teams.

Formación

• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting external audits.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Travel: remote Florida based candidates will be required to visit the Bonita Springs, FL office.

Responsabilidades

• Drive month-end close procedures and review journal entries.
• Coordinate close activities with accounting staff for timely completion.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze fluctuations and variances for accuracy.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant recording in NetSuite.
• Support preparation of financial reporting packages.
• Manage revenue and subscription accounting under ASC 606.
• Coordinate sales tax filings and compliance processes.
• Assist with audit readiness and documentation.
• Develop accounting policies and SOPs.
• Maintain close documentation and strengthen internal controls.
