Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accuracy and timeliness of financial records in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will handle complex accounting activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close, while ensuring ASC 606 compliance and strong internal controls. You will collaborate across Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Sales Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to optimize processes and systems, including ERP platforms like NetSuite,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll, and components.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Conduct variance analyses and provide supporting schedules to management.
• Support revenue accounting, including ASC 606, deferred revenue, and contract assets.
• Assist end-to-end order-to-cash processes; review contracts and billing for proper accounting.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Record and reconcile payroll and related accounts, including compensation and taxes.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls; document procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and support system implementations.
