You will manage inbound support via phone, email, and chat, own tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 2, Engineering, and Product teams to drive timely resolution. The ideal candidate has SaaS support experience and knowledge of accounting or property management, and can translate complex issues into clear guidance for customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer success in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues methodically with clear documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical info to non-technical customers.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; respond promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through platform questions and maximize value from Rentvine's features.
• Create, manage, update, and resolve support tickets with accurate documentation and follow-through.
• Meet or exceed SLAs, CSAT targets, and KPIs.
