Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the point of sale and maintain store profitability.
• Interview, hire, manage or supervise as needed by the store.
• Audit daily bookwork and report to management.
• Order and manage floral inventory and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work additional hours during holidays and weekends as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, signage, pricing, and overall store appearance.
