Job summary

Polly's Petals Inc is seeking a personable part-time Sales Specialist to join our floral artistry team. You will engage customers in-store or by phone, using storytelling to showcase our flowers, potted plants, and gift items while mastering the POS system for seamless transactions.

Primary duties include printing and organizing daily orders for weddings and events, crafting bouquets, maintaining a tidy store, and collaborating with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Retail floristry experience preferred.
• Availability to work part-time, including Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
• Comfort with lifting 25–40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sell flowers, gifts, and plants in-store or by phone using warm, storytelling service.
• Print, organize, and update daily orders; assist with events like weddings and funerals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and assist with merchandising and shop upkeep.
• Support with deliveries or supplier pickups as needed.
