Job summary

Flowerama in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help with floral design tasks.

Candidates should have strong customer service or retail experience, be comfortable with POS systems, typing 30 WPM, and lifting up to 40 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Pay is based on experience; opportunities for growth exist within the organization.

Qualifications

Flowerama is looking for hardworking, upbeat, dependable individuals for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Our Florist and Gift store is seeking qualified applicants who have strong customer service and/or retail experience.

Pay is based on experience, and we promote from within our organization as much as possible.

Employees are also expected to work extended hours during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day weeks, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
