Westborn Market in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Floral Associate to assist customers, take orders, and process payments while maintaining product knowledge and friendly service.

You'll wrap flowers, box arrangements, water plants, upsell where appropriate, keep shelves stocked, and uphold a clean, safe workspace as part of the Floral team.

This non-exempt role reports to the Floral Manager and offers employee benefits and a supportive, family-like work environment.

Qualificações

• Proper phone etiquette while taking orders or messages.
• Demonstrates basic math skills with and without a calculator.
• Ability to write legibly and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this position.
• Knowledge of product to properly assist customers for a positive shopping experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operates cash register, including responsibility of cash till.
• Wraps flowers and box arrangements.
• Assists customers with orders placed.
• Waters and maintains all plants according to watering schedule.
• Upsell where appropriate.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Stocks supplies as needed.
• Maintains current knowledge of product.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area free of hazards.
• Abides by Westborn Market’s time and attendance policy.
