You will greet customers, assist with orders, and maintain the shop's appearance and inventory.

The role emphasizes teamwork, willingness to learn about flower care and design techniques, and operating the store's POS system to process transactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of floral products and arrangement basics.
• willingness to learn design techniques and flower care.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and assist customers with floral selections and orders.
• Greet customers and prioritize their needs.
• Create simple floral arrangements and bows, and package products attractively.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas on the sales floor.
• Handle transactions and take special orders in person and over the phone.
• Prep and care for fresh flowers upon delivery.
• Monitor inventory and report or place orders as needed.
• If assigned, receive and inspect floral deliveries.
