Qualifications

• Proper phone etiquette while taking orders or messages.
• Ability to write legible and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this position.

Responsibilities

• Bakes off pastry case items such as muffins, croissants, scones etc according to set times.
• Makes a variety of parfaits, dips, and other bakery specific items while following written recipes.
• Is comfortable using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, knives, bread slicers, etc.
• Stocks and rotates bakery merchandise as directed.
• Prepares, packages, and prices product as directed.
• Assists customers with orders placed.
• Maintains clean and organized work area free of hazards in accordance with food safety best practice.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Keeps a positive and helpful attitude during length of shift.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
