Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a reliable, friendly, self-motivated merchandiser for floral and food & beverage displays at local Target stores. You will stock, maintain, and promote high-quality displays to drive sales. All employees are hired on an at-will basis.

The role requires in-person work at Target stores, with flexible morning/day shifts and participation during peak seasons. Prior merchandising or floral experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and a knowledge of how to best present products.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from back room to display and sales floor.
• Check flowers for quality and expiration; note defects.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed.
• Display safety signs and keep surfaces clean.
• Clean display surfaces and floor around it.
• Report via mobile apps with photos.
• Inform store management on display status after service.
• Assist across multiple store locations; occasional travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
