Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly, self-motivated merchandiser to stock and maintain floral and food & beverage products at local Target stores. You will ensure high-quality, fully stocked displays and assist in driving sales through effective presentation.

The role involves stocking, pricing, and reporting via mobile apps, with occasional travel to several store locations. Flexible shifts and both part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and knowledge of how to best present products.
• Some experience with merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in most locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from each store’s designated area in the back room and bring them to the display/sales floor.
• Check for bad flowers; check products for sell-by-date expirations or defects.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Display safety signs and maintain displays per standards.
• Clean all surfaces of the display and surrounding area.
• Communicate and report via company apps with photos.
• Coordinate with store management on display status and needs.
• Travel to multiple store locations as needed.
