Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly, self-motivated merchandiser for floral and food & beverage displays at local Target stores. This part-time role involves stocking, rotating stock, and maintaining attractive, compliant displays to drive sales.

The position requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work mornings and holidays. Prior merchandising or floral experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and knowledge of how to present products effectively.
• Experience in merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred in most locations.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from each store’s back room to the display/sales floor.
• Check for bad flowers and expirations; adjust plant soil and water as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Display safety signs.
• Clean all surfaces of the display and follow standards/schematics.
• Clean floor around the display of spills, soil, and debris.
• Communicate and report via company-approved apps, including photos, stock levels, damaged items, and displays after service.
• Notify store management about display status when finished.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Travel to multiple stores for merchandising; extensive travel not typically required.
