Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly and self-motivated merchandiser to stock and maintain floral and food & beverage products at local Target stores in the area.

Merchandisers drive sales by ensuring high-quality, fully stocked displays and report status updates via approved apps. The role involves stocking, quality checks, inventory monitoring, and occasional travel to multiple Target locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and a knowledge of how to best present products.
• Education and Experience: Some experience with merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required in most locations.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from each store’s designated area in the back room and bring them to the display/sales floor.
• Check for bad flowers; check products for sell-by-date expirations or other defects.
• Monitor inventory levels
• Display safety signs
• Clean all surfaces of the display and follow standards and schematics
• Clean floor around the display of any spilled water, soil, and debris.
• Communicate and give reports via company-approved communication apps, including taking pictures to be uploaded to our reporting app with a smartphone.
• Communicate to store management regarding the status of the displays when finished
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Occasionally travel to multiple store locations; extensive travel may be required on occasion.
