Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly, self-motivated merchandiser for floral and food & beverage product displays at local Target stores. You will stock, maintain, and rotate displays to drive sales and promote quality standards.

This part-time, in-person role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule around holidays. Prior merchandising or floral experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity in presenting products.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain floral and food & beverage product displays in local Target stores.
• Pull products from back rooms and bring them to display floors; monitor inventory levels.
• Display safety signs and clean all surfaces of the display.
• Communicate with store management and report via approved apps, including photos of displays.
• Work at multiple stores as needed; some travel between locations.
