Job summary

Fresh Support, Inc. is seeking a friendly, self-motivated merchandiser to stock floral and food & beverage products at local Target stores. You will ensure high-quality, fully stocked displays and drive sales, with a flexible schedule and in-person store work.

The role involves rotating stock, reporting display conditions, and adhering to safety and display standards across multiple locations. Prior merchandising experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.
• Creativity and a knowledge of how to best present products.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain floral and food & beverage displays in Target stores.
• Check for bad flowers and product expirations; inspect soil and water as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and display safety signs.
• Clean surfaces and floors around displays; follow standards and schematics.
• Communicate reports and photos via company apps; report to store management.
