Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and creating arrangements to exact specifications.
• Clean, process, and cut flowers appropriately and wrap with care to avoid damage.
• Fill customer orders completely and on time, including weddings, funerals and anniversaries.
• Understand and process orders and maintain confidentiality on sender, recipient, and cost.
• Inventory product, evaluate freshness, and replace as necessary.
• Lead floral clerks by training them on simple designs and order procedures.
• Order flowers and supplies daily with direction from the Floral Manager.
• Stay current on floral industry trends and assist with in-store events.
