Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead and train floral clerks; assign tasks and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Inventory flowers and supplies; check freshness and replace damaged products.
• Process orders including weddings, funerals, and anniversaries; maintain order confidentiality.
