Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers who only speak English.

Responsibilities

• Initiate interaction with customers on the sales floor and assess shopping needs.
• Provide information needed to meet customers' tastes and meal requirements and follow through on requests.
• Be reliable and punctual, and escalate to management when necessary.
• Unload stock from trucks and stock, rotate, and maintain floral displays.
