Job summary

Harris Teeter seeks a Floral Department Associate to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, assist with arranging live and artificial florals, and ensure products are stocked and presented to standard. You will process orders, price items, and help with event setups as needed.

The role requires strong communication with customers and team, adherence to safety and sanitation policies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor and assist customers with needs.
• Operate wrapping station, scales, and price products according to standards.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure clean and organized florals area.
• Unload and stock floral products, pack and wrap arrangements.
• Maintain proper records and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
