Job summary

Harris Teeter in Salisbury, NC is hiring a part-time floral/produce clerk responsible for processing, packaging, stocking, and maintaining floral products while providing friendly customer service. You will assist customers and ensure shelves are stocked and clean throughout each shift.

When assigned, you will perform produce clerk duties as well, standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds as needed in a fast-paced retail environment. Teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years old for warehouse/stocking roles.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, stock, and maintain floral products according to standards.
• Clean work areas and unload stock; re-load salvage as needed.
• Provide customer service and assist as a produce clerk when assigned.
