Job summary

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidentiality regarding associate records is expected.
• TWD certification requires 3 years full-time or 6 years part-time retail design experience. Floral Design School equals 6 months full-time experience.
• Ability to fill customer needs and design floral arrangements.
• Able to handle stressful situations calmly and pleasantly.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements to fill customer orders.
• Greet customers and take/fill orders; assist in locating items.
• Package orders safely and cheerfully; keep area clean.
• Maintain records and assist in decorating/merchandising the department.
• Assist in deliveries and communications with customers and associates.
