Job summary

Kroger is hiring for a floral team associate at 131 State Route 3, Sunbury, OH 43074. You will assist customers, design floral arrangements, process orders, and maintain department cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, packing orders, handling the cash register, and supporting decoration/merchandising efforts. Weekend and holiday availability is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels and bulletins.
• Multi-tasking, prioritization and professional interaction at all levels.
• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
• Cash register experience and making change.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and fulfill customer orders.
• Package orders safely and efficiently.
• Keep merchandise and supplies in their proper areas.
• Maintain customer records and assist in locating items.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
