Responsibilities

• Implement company and division policies to maximize sales and profits in the Floral department.
• Model and demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Develop customer relations by floral department personnel through friendly service and policy adherence.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally; manage complaints per policy.
• Receive, process, and produce Florist Transworld Delivery orders for delivery.
• Coach and train staff on pricing, pricing accuracy, rotation, stocking, and customer service.
