Qualifications

• Prior floral experience.
• Supervisory experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relations through friendly service and policy adherence.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.
• Process Floral Transworld Delivery orders for delivery.
• Coach on pricing, marking, rotation, stocking and customer focus.
• Support a customer-first culture.
• Plan, direct and control floral department activities.
• Direct receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of floral products.
