Hy-Vee is seeking a Floral Department Manager to lead a creative and operational team in the Floral Department. You will drive product quality, customer service, and department performance while managing pricing, promotions, and orders to ensure freshness and grow sales.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, schedule daily work, and maintain stock and displays to deliver a premium customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop department employees.
• Plan displays, promotions, and pre-orders to drive sales and engagement.
• Manage department bookkeeping and inventory control, including temperatures and storage.
