Job summary

ShopRite of Drexeline Shopping Center in Drexel Hill, PA is seeking a Floral Department Supervisor to direct all department activities and lead associates to meet sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement goals.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to presenting fresh floral products with care. You will hire, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure HAACP and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand or walk for a full shift.
• Ability to use basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Ability to lead and engage department associates.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and associates.

• Train and onboard new department associates.
