Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Floral Department functions and associates.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and sales targets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HAACP and policies.
• Maintain proper merchandising, pricing, and inventory in the department.
