Job summary

ShopRite of Neptune is seeking a Floral Manager to direct all Floral Department functions and lead associates to achieve department goals. The role emphasizes safety, customer experience, presentation, and efficient operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining displays, ensuring product quality, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Stand/walk for entire shift.
• Able to perform basic computer tasks.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Floral Department functions.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all tasks.
• Maintain product displays, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Assist onboarding and training of new department staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote promotions.
