United Supermarkets, Ltd. Floral department seeks a Floral Assistant Manager to deliver ultimate service by greeting guests, supervising the team, and ensuring quality product availability. You will support staff training, merchandising, and daily operations to uphold store standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with the Department Manager, managing schedules and inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient department environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift to meet store needs.
• Professional conduct with all levels of management and staff.
• Strong basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and fast-paced environment.
