Job summary

ShopRite of Columbia Park in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a Floral Manager to lead the Floral Department and its Associates. You will direct daily operations, ensure safety, maintain product presentation, and drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Primary responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing department standards, and coordinating with store leadership to meet business goals while upholding ShopRite’s service priorities and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work with varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Floral Department and its Associates to achieve department goals.
• Lead safety, presentation, and customer experience priorities.
