Responsibilities

• Develop maximum customer relations by floral staff through exemplary conduct and policy implementation.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain customer service standards.
• Process Florist Transworld Delivery orders for delivery.
• Coach and train on pricing, rotation, stocking and customer courtesy.
• Support a customer-first culture across the store.
• Plan and control Floral Department activities and workload.
• Direct receiving, storage, pricing, and merchandising of floral products.
• Order supplies and guard against waste and loss.
• Maintain records and reports; ensure clean facilities.
• Continuously analyze departmental performance and propose store improvements.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to staff.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
