Job summary

Bachmans Order Center is seeking an experienced Call Center Associate to support customers, enter data accurately, and manage orders with care in a horticulture-focused retail environment.

The position is part-time with Sunday-Saturday shifts, 8am–5pm, rotating weekends. Minimum 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day availability is preferred; compensation is $16.50 per hour with great benefits and an EO employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with placing incoming orders.
• Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems.
• Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries.
• Handling customer comments and complaints.
