Job summary

Bachmans is seeking a part-time Order Center/Call Center Associate in Minneapolis to handle incoming orders and support florists. You will answer calls, assist customers, and process orders while maintaining excellent data entry accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service, solid computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/horticulture environment. Hours are Sundays to Saturdays, with varying shifts and a weekend day; 2+ weekdays and 1 weekend day preferred.

Bachmans Order Center is looking to add an experienced Call Center Associate to their team. Candidates should be skilled in accurate data entry, excel in customer service and be passionate about the retail and horticulture industry.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
• Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
• Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
• Handling customer comments and complaints
