Job Objective
This is an entry-level position at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Floral Manager in providing quality products to customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Reports Directly To
Floral Department Manager

Major Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service.
2. Greet and thank every customer you interact with.
3. Assist the Floral Manager in completing daily duties.
4. Comply with all company standards and policies.
5. Assist in receiving trucks and breaking down loads into coolers.
6. Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues.
7. Rotate stock items regularly.
8. Use coupons and merchandising areas to promote sales.
9. Follow dress code and wear name tags.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert force frequently. Must have dexterity, stand and move at various stations, and handle tools safely.
