American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering flawless Floorsets, updates, and replenishment to keep the store aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and ensure all areas—tables, displays, and fixtures—reflect Floorset standards while maintaining a guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving Floorset execution and merchandising updates to meet Brand Standards.
• Lead and coach Floorset team to achieve productivity goals and accurate product presentation.
• Maintain guest-ready store by overseeing replenishment and daily merchandising tasks.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to ensure consistency in standards and guest experience.
