Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AE Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain a teamwork-oriented approach and celebrate wins with the team.
• Ensure store safety standards and adhere to policies; support shrink-reduction strategies.
