AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Charleston, SC to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring floorset excellence and visual standards across the store. You will train the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and keep the guest experience at the forefront while maintaining safety and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience driving store merchandising to brand standards.
• Proven track record in floorset planning and execution.
• Ability to train and coach a floorset team.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the team and setting productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards in merchandising, replenishment and layout.
• Support day-to-day merchandising and optimize sell-through opportunities.
• Foster a team culture focused on guest experience and recognition.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction policies on the floor and in stockroom.
