Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, training, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.

You will collaborate with leadership to game plan opportunities, manage day-to-day merchandising, and ensure a strong guest experience. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization with attention to detail; strong time-management and priority-setting.
• Flexible availability—mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure store is guest-ready and maintain Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction efforts.
