Job summary

American Eagle in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by executing floorsets, merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the store in line with AE Brand Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive sell-through, and prioritize guest experience while upholding safety and loss-prevention measures. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Drive effective floorset changes and replenishment.
• Maintain AE Brand Standards across merchandising and displays.
• Partner with leadership to ensure guest-ready store and inventory accuracy.
• Foster a teamwork culture and recognize team achievements.
