Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Floorplan Account Representative to manage floorplan payments, process ACH transfers, and support dealer management systems such as DataScan. You will handle multiple priorities, triage inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate transactions.

You will interface with dealership management, review legal documents, maintain compliance with state and federal laws, and contribute to process improvements, while maintaining confidentiality of dealer information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four-year degree preferred (AR/AP, office, clerical, or automotive auction experience).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely processing of floorplan payments and ACH transactions.
• Operate and leverage the Dealer Management System (DataScan) for dealer handling.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and retention requirements.
• Answer and triage phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
